A signature immersive experience I designed and led for women to reconnect with their full, embodied selves—away from the expectations of the external gaze.
This ritual theater and ecstatic dance journey was rooted in feminine empowerment, emotional alchemy, and the tantra of life—embracing both shadow and light as sacred parts of our wholeness. I provided full creative leadership for the event, coordinating a team of six, leading production, curation, event design and styling, and DJing one of the sets.
The entire experience was held as a ritual space, offering participants a deeply transformational container that merged beauty, movement, and sacred ceremony.
My design approach for the décor was integral to the emotional journey. I intentionally curated visual tension—pairing black and gold, the decayed with the blooming, and the sensual with the sacred—to mirror the dance between life and death, shadow and light. Every floral choice, fabric texture, and altar element was a visual invocation, inviting participants deeper into the energy of the experience.
This event embodied my approach to experience design: immersive, emotionally resonant, rebellious in spirit, and rooted in beauty, soul, and transformation.
Experiential Elements Included:
Adorn Yourself: A collective adornment ritual that set the tone of reverence, helping each woman drop into full presence and play.
Sacred Masculine Support: Male temple stewards performed ritual foot washing and held altar space, embodying archetypes to support participants in healing and re-patterning their relationship with the masculine.
Multi-Plant Cacao Ceremony: A potent heart-opening ritual using a blend of plant allies to activate different chakras and emotional states.
Sensual Embodiment Practice: Guided movement to awaken the senses and invite presence in the body.
Ecstatic DJ Sets: Two immersive sets curated to guide participants through their own dance of shadow and light.
Sensual Marketplace: Curated vendors offering offerings aligned with pleasure, presence, and feminine expression.
Integration Circle: A closing ritual to land the experience, offering space to witness and be witnessed in newfound insights.
